The weekend’s round is scheduled to take place in Lonato, Italy, where the Sauber Academy driver finished fifth in the season opener

Miguel Costa is ready for the second round of the WSK Super Master, one of the main European karting championships, and it will take place again at the South Garda karting track in Lonato, Italy, this weekend.

At the end of January, at the same karting track, the Sauber Academy Brazilian driver finished at fifth place among the competitors in the OK Junior class. Such performance leaves Costa with high expectations for the round scheduled for this weekend.

“I had a very strong weekend in Lonato in the first round of the WSK, and this makes me confident to at least repeat the performance in this second round. My focus is to get an even better result and keep evolving both on and off the track,” said Costa.

The activities of the Lonato WSK Super Master round start on Wednesday (9), with the first free practice sessions, and carry on with qualifying heats on Friday and Saturday, until Sunday when the pre-final and final races will take place.
